NARA Park, the Nathaniel Allen Recreation Area, is located at 25 Ledge Rock Way (directions) in Acton and operated by the Town of Acton Recreation Department. The park is open year-round from sunrise to sunset and staffed seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through late August.

NARA Beach
NARA Beach is open to both Acton residents and non-residents from Memorial Day weekend through late August. Beach-goers can drop in for a daily-use fee or purchase a beach membership pass. A lifeguard is on duty during hours of operation.

Hours of Operation:
May 23-June 21, 2015:
  • Weekdays: 10 am - 6 pm
  • Weekends:  9 am - 6 pm
June 22-August 28, 2015:
  • Daily 9am-7pm

Daily Rates Acton Residents:
  • Single (ages 2+):    $6
  • Family (up to 6):     $20
  • Seniors (ages 65+): $3
  • Group rates (reserved ahead of time): $3 per person

Daily Rates Non-Acton Residents:

  • Single (ages 2+):    $8 (ages 11 and under) $10 (ages 12+)
  • Family (up to 6):     $30
  • Seniors (ages 65+): $3
  • Group rates (reserved ahead of time): $5 per person
Paddleboat and Canoe Rental:  $5 per boat for 30 minutes

Amphitheater/Pavillion
The Amphitheater is the home of the summer concert series featuring numerous national and local favorites from a broad range of genres. Everyone is sure to find something they will enjoy!
